Putney Pensioners

Would YOU care for an elderly cat?

Putney RSPCA Animal Hospital is looking for animal lovers who can offer a home to an elderly or disabled stray cat.

Whilst the majority of stray cats and kittens find new homes through the RSPCA Animal Centres such as Southall Cattery, it is often the 'golden oldies' who get left behind.

We are looking for quiet loving homes for elderly cats, and owners who appreciate that as they get older, our Pensioners are likely to need regular medical treatment or check-ups.

The Friends of Putney Animal Hospital will cover the cost of medical treatment at the hospital. (We cannot fund treatment at other veterinary centres and the new owners will be asked to pay for food, booster vaccines, routine worming and flea treatment).

If you think you may be able to offer a home to a "Putney Pensioner" then please ring the hospital on 020 8789 8252 and ask Staff Nurse Liz Troman for a questionnaire.

We will then invite you to visit any suitable cats.

Thank you for helping our classic cats find the homes they deserve.
